HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Orders received before 4pm on working days are normally dispatched the same day.

Normal delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days depending on location.

We send your package from our warehouse in Partille, the delivery time is governed by where in the country you live.

Shipping from SEK 29 is added.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Invoice
Cost SEK 0, 0% interest. 30 days payment period. Your invoice will be sent to the email address you provided. If you want us to send out a new invoice or have questions about your invoice, account or installment, please contact Klarna directly at www.klarna.com

Card payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. All communication takes place via encrypted servers with genuine SSL certificates.
Swish payment
Direct payment via Nordea, SEB, Swedbank, Handelsbanken and others.
Klarna account
Installment that is adjusted according to the payment amount and your preferences.
PayPal account
Paying online with PayPal is easy, safe and secure.
Discount codes/Gift cards
It is not possible to combine several discount codes / gift cards in the same order. The percent discount cannot be combined with other offers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

We offer a 30-day open purchase, even in case of broken packaging if it is necessary to break the packaging in order for you to be able to test the product. Please note, however, that the packaging should be broken with the least possible damage. If the product has been damaged, we have the right to assess how much the sales value has decreased and deduct this amount.
